Rydal Park had a Saturday Heart Training. It was a huge success. Everyone actively participated and truly seemed to embrace the concept.
It turned out to be a very interactive day and alot of fun.
We welcomed two (2) new Heart Team trainers. They did a great job and really seemed at ease with their presentation. They are a great addition to our existing team.
