Presby heart: in good and bad times

I want to share with you the most wonderful display of what Presby's Service from the heart means. This week at Rosemont, Paul Jarrett, a Morrison dining services team member, died in a horrific car crash. As expected we've been through a gamut of emotions, shock, tearfulness, anger at a young life ended too soon. But we've also seen how big our hearts are. Team members and residents comforting each other, hugging, crying together and asking, what can WE do to honor this young man? Everyone wants to do something meaningful for Paul's family, for our dining services team who is so devastated about his death. We want to honor this individual whose playful, cheerful spirit was a blessing to us. So, in the face of all this sadness, our community has come together to find meaningful ways to remember Paul and his family. Real heart comes in good times and bad......
