Tonight we are holding our annual service award dinner in recognition of those employees with 5, 20, 15, 20, 25, 30 (and yes, even) 35 years of service. While we are celebrating these milestones, I wanted to express my thanks to you for all of your work everyday in:
Honoring Each Individual you serve and the pride you take in your work;
Embracing Excellence in All You Do everyday, without wavering;
Anticipating Customers Needs - residents, families, and fellow team members. For your kind words, warm smile that greets others and your willingness to create an exceptional environment for those around you;
Responding With Respect and Compassion even during the most trying times;
Taking Responsibility and Going the Extra Mile without being asked. Not because it's part of your job, but because it's who you are.
You are the HEART of Presby's Inspired Life; a wonderful representation of Presby's Mission and Service from the Heart in action.
