Rydal Park has stepped up their game!

The Angel program continues to be a huge success.
The number of service related complaints has been steadily declining.

Some after Heart Training stories to share:

An employee approached a member of the heart team, the day after her heart training, to let her know how many times she had said hello before 9am. It was over 30. Great Job!

Staff that has received Heart Training have made sure that each other is being held accountable.
Example: An employee went into the cafe did not make eye contact or say hello, the dietary individual waiting on her, addressed her and she felt as though she had disappointed him. I don't think that she will let that happen again.

Also, staff has been sharing stories of kindness and goodwill throughout the facility. It seems as though we at Rydal may be crossing a bridge.....
(to be continued)

  1. Susan,

Thank you so much for posting these examples. This is great to hear! Now the task is to keep the conversations going with those "Heart to Hearts" and work with the Beat Team to keep your staff members excited and enthusiastic! Great work!!!!

    Warmly,
    Donna
