I am happy to say that Presby's Service from the Heart has inspired a Guardian Angel Program for new short term residents.
When resident's are admitted for a short term stay, they are often frightened about the unknown. Rydal's program pairs a new resident with an employee of Rydal, who will be able to answer questions, help with concerns, problems, etc.., or just a daily visit to brighten up their day.
All that we ask from the Rydal staff is a smile and a 5 minute visit.
What a difference! And it is only day 2.

Susan, Michael and team at Rydal Park - this is fantastic. Guardian Angel programs are a terrific way to pro-actively ensure you are Honoring Each Individual and making each resident/customer feel as though they are the only customer! Great job to all involved. Thank you for sharing!
