Valerie's Happy Restroom is located in the Charlotte airport. The attendant - Valerie - sings and dances while people take care of the their business - giving everyone a smile and a laugh, making them feel welcome, and creating an extraordinary red-carpet experience....in a public restroom! If Valerie can make her job extraordinary I wonder what the rest of us can do?
